Hatha Flow-A bit more traditional. Traditional Yoga postures and breath work. Strength, flexibility and stress relief. Class is suitable for all levels.
Gentle Hatha Yoga-Gentle stretches and strength building exercises. Great class for those with limited flexibility.
Yin Yoga-A more relaxed class, Yin stretches deeper in; the ligaments and connective tissues as well as the meridians and chakras (energy centers) of the body. The mind is encouraged to relax and go “within”. Relaxing and refreshing! Class is suitable for all levels. Great for beginners.
Restorative Yoga-We live our lives on overdrive and very rarely take the time to really relax! Yet our parasympathetic nervous systems (which is what kicks in WHEN we relax) is responsible for so many of the body’s functions, including digestion and healing just to name a few. This is a gentle class. Using props, you will be guided into gentle stretches while you are encouraged to fully relax. Class is held in candlelight. You will leave relaxed, refreshed, restored. Class is suitable for all levels. Great for beginners.
Yoga-Pilates fusion-A fusion of a Hatha Yoga Flow class and Pilates. You will get stronger and more flexible. Lots of breathwork. Heavy emphasis on the core. Class is suitable for all levels.
