I knew from an early age that I wanted to help people; I knew I wanted to help people heal. I also knew that I did not want to take the traditional route of western medicine, but rather the route of holistic healing.

I have often been told by my friends and my family that I have a gift for creating a calming, safe space where they can just relax and be themselves. I knew that I if I could help my friends and family, I could help others find this peace also.

Don’t get me wrong, I’ve had my moments with stress-everyone has.
In fact, many years ago when I worked in the corporate world stress was a part of almost every day. Thankfully, I had many tools in my toolbox to help deal with stress. One day, I knew I didn’t want to be a part of the corporate world any longer, and began working on my business.
I began adding more tools into my toolbox, feeding my quest for any and all things in the holistic healing world. Many of those tools come from the yoga world-restorative yoga, breath-work, meditation, etc. I also use energy healing, sound healing, acupressure and massage to promote relaxation.
